It's time to peek inside the January 2019 Quilty Box Mini! When you open the shipping bag every month you will find the contents lovingly wrapped in tissue paper. This always makes it feel special to me, like I'm opening a gift. Such a nice touch.
Inside the tissue, I found Quilty Box's Bundles of Inspiration magazine, the Tie One On charm pack, and a new spool of Aurifil thread.
This month's featured designer is Scott Hansen (I love his curly mustache!) The pattern for his iForest quilt has a playful modern feel. The Tie One On Fan quilt looks intriguing, too.
The Tie One On charm pack is by Banyan Batiks for Blue Nickel Studios.
This charm pack features a huge array of colors and patterns.
I unwrapped this month's Aurifil thread so you can see the full richness and depth of this plum color! Isn't it delicious? I'm ready to sew something with this thread. One of my favorite colors, to be sure.
