Log Cabin Top ~ Quilt Block Classics

Log Cabin Top ~ Quilt Block Classics

Here is the finished top I made with the Log Cabin blocks I sewed from the Quilt Block Classics tutorial posted in November 2017.  I made nine blocks and simply set them all in the same direction.  I like the way the zippy pink border pulls it all together.  Now to quilt it.  Do you have any quilting suggestions?  Please leave a comment below.

  1. Great job on the quilt. I think this is one you could try something you have been hesitant to try as it will recede with these fabrics. This is the perfect kind of quilt to go out of your comfort zone. Ijust started following you with IB Ambassadors so I don’t know your skills - you may already be an expert!

    1. Kathleen,

You are so right on. The quilting will not be that significant against these bright fabrics. This may be a perfect quilt to try something new. I'm always trying to improve my quilting skills. I am not an expert in that department. Thank you for your input.

      Have a wonderful day,

      Jennifer
