Looky-looky! I finished the lower right hand corner last night! Only a few more hexies to sew in the upper right hand corner and this top will be finished. What fun, I can hardly wait to start on the next one.

DeleteSorry Jennifer I am going to pick your brains a but. Please tell me, do you thread baste or glue baste? What type of thread do you sew your hexies together with? I thought I had a couple of more questions, but they escape me at present. Sharon
ReplyDeleteNo problem! I'm thread basting the hexies. I find it goes really quickly and is an easy activity for when I'm "on the go". I'm trying to match my thread to my fabrics as closely as possible, so I am using a variety of threads from my collection, but my favorite is Superior's Masterpiece. I'm working on building up my thread stash with these beautiful and strong threads. They come in a wonderful variety of colors.
